At our center, children feel calm, safe, respected and treated with affection by a team of teachers who love childhood and have training in leading pedagogies such as Waldorf, Reggio Emilia and Montessori.
The Dragon American School kindergarten was founded in 2012 as a continuation of “La Libélula”, a Pikler center that contributed to the transformation of the educational landscape of Torrelodones and was a reference center in both Madrid and the rest of Spain.
The basis of our educational style continues to be the Pikler methodology, with compatible and enriching contributions from other styles such as Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Montessori. We use English as a natural language at this key age to reach a native level in the future.
